Instructional Designer Needed (Contract Work)

Instructional designer needed to design four professional development
courses for educators and health care workers in Saudi Arabia (2 courses for
each group of workers). The courses should be Moodle-based and combine three
approaches to instruction, including asynchronous online instruction, synchronous
online seminars, and culminating in face-to-face summative workshops.

The instructional designer will be employed on a contract basis and can be located
anywhere in the world. Travel to Saudi Arabia is not necessary. All content can
be emailed and consultation can be done electronically or by phone. Pay will
be commensurate with the qualifications of the designer and the ability to meet
projected timelines (work completed by Nov. 1, 2012). Successful completion of this
project can lead to an ongoing contractual relationship.

Interested designers should submit a letter of application and resume to Dr. Philip
Kelly, Boise State University at pkelly@boisestate.edu. Applications will be taken
until October 15th, but will be filled as soon as a suitable candidate is located.
